Gassy up in herrrreee!

 So today my lovely roommate came home from a weekend away and realized she was developing a headache. I told wow that is weird because i too have had a headache for the past few days. Then we recalled our other roommate had been suffering from headaches as well. Being the very intelligent beings, we thought our home is making us sick. So we automatically assumed we were dying from carbon monoxide poisoning and ran out of the house. Then we went to the local hardware store and pick up a alarm. We found some make shift gas masks and we back off to the house to plug the alarm. THe second after we plugged it in it started beeping and flashing gas, gas,gas. SO being who we are we took the love of our life bangles and ran outside, no need for an explosion on my watch. But now we are all safe and sound. Moral of the story... make sure to buy an alarm and save our loved ones !!

okay so listen... my new artist this week is going to be kime buzzeli, she is the female street artist and she rocks it. I love her style it has all the bright colors, yet a very feminine touch and hope one day to have that style. 

So it has been a while since i last blogged, but after i have a conversation with my sister the idea of the fish slap came up and it is more like an art form. Just image if you were walking down the street and bam you got hit in the face with a fish. YOu would laugh right, because i would... i would laugh. 

SO today i saw an old friend
it was weird because out of anywhere i see
them in the parking lot of CSULB,
probably the biggest land of open space i think bigger then DISneyland!!!



But there is something so great about seeing old friends
plus meeting new ones

School tomorrow but after that its the weekend....so party!!!

25 reason why i rock...

1.  I hate walking on escalators that are stopped it scares me and i think i will fall 

2. I love peanut butter and oranges but not together 

3. I am left handed and rock the inky pinky, and also think we are superior beings 

4. I am a horrible speller, and I will have a least 100 typos

5. I am scared of the art kids 

6. I live with the three girls that i met move in day my freshman year in college ( or before) 

7. I went to the same school my whole life until i left for college and loved it at the time 

8. I met some of the coolest people i know in Africa 

9. I made a bet with benny that i would learn dutch in the next year 

10. I want to teach art overseas, one day soon before becoming an art therapist, art can save lives 

11. I am a planner by nature but lazy at heart 

12. I have really bad taste in movies... i love chick flicks the cheesier the better 

13. Actual i love movies in general, and i love staying home watching them all day or even movie hopping( retro), but i have only seen the beginning of most since I always fall asleep 

14. my family is better then yours, they say two girls are better then one what about four 

15. I live in a room with a girl named megan and we are obsessed with Gilmore Girls and loop the series 

16. I am the worst supermarket shopper, if i go when i am hungry i only buy food a 6 year old will eat, if i go went i am not hungry i wont buy anything... it is a twisted web i weave

23. I love to hear stories about people shitting their pants... i think it is hilarious 

24. I will become obsessed with one song and play it everyday 10 times in a row and then hate it a week later, right now its pearl jam 

25. It took me up until year to figure out what the saying is the glass have empty or help full meant, i always saw it as half empty 

Artist of the Week

For my blog i would like to have a little section for an artist of the week. Since i am in "art school" i feel that it is necessary to the know the names of the artists i like and some of there works. This weeks artist is Cody HUdson, I first learned about him from a documentary video but i really like what he does. He works with all different types of mediums, that focuses on the combination of popular music and graphic design.

so when i was in south africa, we would sit around and look up bumper stickers on facebook and laugh forever, like almost pee our pants laughing. But i forgot about these bumper stickers, because my life got so busy, but today i rediscovered how funny they are.

my first blog...

so i have had this blog for quite sometime but it has taken me all that time to try and figure out what i wanted to write about. And i have come up with a few possiblities and i am rather excited to write about them.
